- Shipping cost is $1.00 flat for US and Canada shipments.

- We also offer Priority and Express Mail (EMS for International) services.

Shipping
- We ship everyday Monday through Saturday: no Sundays and no US holidays.
- Orders are shipped out within 2 business days upon receiving cleared payment: usually the very next business day morning.
- Orders placed after Saturday 1am (east coast time, New York time) will be shipped out on the following Monday.
- Orders paid with eCheck will be shipped out upon eCheck's clearance.
- We use USPS First Class and Air Mail most of the time. We also use Priority Mail and Priority Mail International at our discretion based on the weight of the package.
- Shipment Notification e-mail will be sent when the order is mailed.
- Shipment Delay Notification e-mail will be sent if there's a delayed shipment schedule.
- International customers, we do not mark 'gift' or put under-value on the customs form. The value of contents will be the total price of buttons (no shipping cost will be added). Please check with your country's Customs Department for any import tax/duty you may incur as we are not responsible for it.
We want you to be happy with what you ordered.
- If there's something wrong with the button badges or magnets (e.g. wrong buttons or damaged during transit), please contact us immediately so we can arrange replacement buttons: please provide us with images of wrong or damaged buttons for verification purpose.
- If, for whatever reasons, you are dissatisfied with any of the button badges or magnets, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange refund, exchange or store credit.
