Our Buttons

We make our buttons with a hand press button maker using the premium quality button parts. The images are printed by a photo quality ink jet printer with premium inks. We firmly believe that while the laser printer technology has improved drastically past couple of years, the ink jet printers still produce better photo quality prints with vibrant colors. Below is a photo of actual buttons (the hilarious movie, Dr. Horrible's Sing Along Blog)

Our buttons are all
1¼", 1.25 inches or 32mm. While another popular button size is 1" or 25mm, we feel that 1" button is just tad bit small, and 1.25" button is big enough to see the button design easily at the same time small enough to wear several without taking too much space. To get the feel of our button size, we placed a US quarter (silver coin) and a penny (small copper coin) next to our button. The US quarter is almost identical size to the 1" buttons.

Our buttons have a secure spring pin lock at the backside and the pin is permanently attached, so once the buttons are pressed, it is near impossible to disassemble the pin from the buttons (you won't loose your buttons).

We also offer magnet option for all out buttons, so you can have them as button badges or button magnets. We use flexible magnets called, High Energy Flexible Magnets rather than ceramic magnets. While ceramic magnets are cheaper than flexible magnets, they tend to scratch the metal surface, and we think that is big no no. In addition, The High Energy Flexible Magnets have stronger magnetic force than regular flexible magnets. Our single magnet button will hold about 4-5 regular copy/printer papers or 1 lab developed photo to a metal surface*. You can use them as refrigerator magnets, and a lot of our customers use them for their cubicles and file cabinets to decorate and brighten up the space.

* Depending on the conditions of metal surface. The test was done on a stainless refrigerator door.
