We ship to every nook and cranny of the earth. How much does shipping cost? Shipping is $1 flat to US and Canada no matter how many buttons are ordered. For international buyers, the shopping cart will automatically calculate shipping cost based on the order size. For more shipping information, please check our Shipping and Returns. Because we feel that it is unfair to offer $1 flat rate only to US and Canadian customers, international customers will receive freebie buttons based on the order size (the more button ordered, the more freebie buttons will be included). Do you offer faster and securer shipping methods? Aside from standard shipping method, we also offer Priority and Express Mail options at the checkout. For more information, please check our Shipping and Returns. I'm not from US or Canada. Can I see the shipping cost before Checkout or Log In? Add buttons into the shopping cart and click 'Shipping Estimator' then select your country. The shipping cost will be automatically calculated. What types of payment do you accept? ▪ We accept Paypal instant payment. ▪ We also accept eChecks and Credit Card payments through Paypal. eCheck must clear before buttons are shipped out. When using Credit Card payment through Paypal, please follow through the checkout process. At the end of checkout, you will be directed to Paypal page where you can use Credit Card. Please refer to the provided image below. Is there a minimum order amount? The minimum order amount is $5 (4 button badges). There is a $1.50 low order fee for orders less than $5. When will my buttons be shipped? Orders are shipped out within 2 business days of purchase. If there is a shipment delay for any reasons, you will receive notification from us for delayed delivery. How long does it take to receive my buttons? Typically, US delivery takes 3 to 6 days. Packages that are going to other countries, it usually takes 7 to 15 days. However, it also depends on the destination country and the order size. For example, some countries have stricter customs regulations and passing customs takes additional one or two weeks (usually for huge orders). How do you pack the buttons? We don't just throw in button badges and magnets into a mailer. For safe delivery, we place buttons in a plastic zippie bag then bubble wrap or use bubble mailer to prevent crushing. In the package, the buttons will not move around and bunched at a corner. We have not had one single damaged button from this way of packaging. Do you accept returns or exchanges? We want you to be happy with your button badges and magnets. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you are dissatisfied.
